| Each ESBBA member is dedicated to providing clean, comfortable, secure accommodations and warm, gracious hospitality. Whether you are a veteran B&B goer or a first timer, you will find that our members are committed to making your stay not only pleasant, but memorable.
Since each B&B is unique, policies governing reservations, payment, cancellation, arrival and departure times, and operating procedures may differ from one to another. Advance reservations are strongly recommended and an estimated time of arrival is helpful. We encourage you to ask questions of the innkeeper to ensure that your needs can be met as the B&B of your choice.
ESBBA, Empire State Bed and Breakfast Association is a not-for-profit association of bed and breakfasts located throughout the eleven tourism regions of New York State. The Association is devoted to promoting the bed and breakfast industry in the state, to fostering the professional development of members, and to enhancing the lodging experience of guests.
Memberships are $160 per year and $150 for Vendor Memberships. |
