The Brandywine Valley region is an important piece of our nation's history. In fact, many of our member bed and breakfasts are located on property that was part of a land grant from William Penn, the founder of Pennsylvania. The Brandywine with its fields, woodlands, and waterpower, is a unique place that has fostered natural and human achievement.
On this land battles were fought, and fortunes were made. Out of those fortunes and a commitment to stewardship have sprung some of the world's most fascinating attractions and large tracts of preserved open spaces. We have four seasons of breathtaking gardens, elaborate mansions, world-class museums, scenic beauty and many cultural points of interest along the way.
Aside from our close proximity to such world-class attractions as Longwood Gardens and Winterthur Museum, the Brandywine Valley innkeepers offer an experience unlike any other in the valley.
